I offer you a T2
of 35 m2 on the 1st floor & a STUDIO
of 34 m2 on the ground floor for 2 to 4 people maximum.
The apartment was finished in July 2014, in an old family country house where my paternal grandparents lived who had 12 children, all born in this house.
I wanted modern accommodation with all the current comforts so that the holidays are a moment of relaxation, of pleasure, that everything is functional. You can surf the Internet in Wifi (Fiber in progress).
The apartment is on the 1st floor of the bastide on the right side with independent access & the studio below on the ground floor. I live in the left part of the bastide.
We are quiet with the view of the Garlaban, but close to everything: beaches, hiking, shopping centers, museums, shops ...
You will find many activities in the region & in the town: hiking, tennis, public swimming pool, water sports, golf, water park (Aqualand in St Cyr sur Mer), zoo (Bandol, La Barben), amusement park (OK Corral in Cuges les Pins or Carry le Rouet) as well as the elves park in Peypin ...

However, the restaurants, the BEACHES and the shops are open.
The village of Gémenos is animated by the festivals of St Eloi which take place every year on the last weekend of July. All the surrounding villages have their St Eloi always on Sunday in turn. It is the festival of horses with cavalcade, mounted horses, decorated carts and chariots pulled by teams of donkeys and draft horses of different breeds. In the evening you can attend the many activities, balls and there is also the funfair which takes place in the village with all its rides for the pleasure of young and old ...
In the valley of St Pons you will discover our natural source and its Cistercian Abbey. From there, you can go up to Ste Baume and follow the route of the car hill climb or on hikes climb to the old icehouses.
In Provence we have our markets like Aubagne, the village of Marcel Pagnol, on Tuesday mornings where you will find vegetables but also clothes. On Saturday morning and Sunday morning it is the vegetable, flower and regional products market only. In Gémenos, we have our market on Wednesday morning. You can get there on foot. Every summer evening by the sea flourishes craft markets (La Ciotat, Les lecques, Bandol, Saint Cyr sur Mer ...).
The visit of the calanques can be done from Cassis, Marseille or Bandol. You can also explore them by sea canoe or simply on foot. Either way, the show will be magnificent!
Water sports are practiced in the region such as towed buoy, water skiing, windsurfing, paddle ...
In Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol & Aix en Provence, you can find a Casino if you want to try your luck ...
Marseille being very close, a new shopping center has opened its doors: Les Terrasses du Port. It is open 7 days a week and is located next to the Mucem with its exhibitions & Fort St Jean at the end of the Old Port & La Major Cathedral, as well as the Voûtes (shops and restaurants under the cathedral). From there you can visit the Panier district with its alleys and small shops.
The Docks have also been renovated to create a very beautiful shopping arcade.
We have several Tree climbing courses (the closest being in Cassis). A Karting and a Paintball at La penne sur Huveaune.
The big return to Castellet from BOL D'OR at Paul Ricard circuit
since September 2015 and FORMULA 1 in 2018. We are therefore fortunate again to host these competitions every year & many others such as truck racing, the WTCC championship ....The Paul Ricard circuit is about 25 minutes maximum from the cottage via Cuges les pins.
Many other activities & places to discover, for this I will provide you with documentation to help you discover our beautiful region. The Gémenos tourist office is open 6 days a week to also respond to all your requests.
